With a background in the airline industry, including senior positions at Qantas and Virgin Australia, Lisa has developed a strong foundation in client relations, account management, recruitment, and business development. Since stepping into her leadership role, Lisa has played a key role in expanding the commercial side of the business, helping to grow Element Local Services into a trusted name for local cleaning and handyman solutions. Her focus on building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service has been central to the company’s success. Lisa is passionate about community involvement and proudly supports local initiatives, including Element’s sponsorship of the Maroubra Saints AFL club.
